5407 Carnae Ct opened for Code Violation - AC outage in multiple units
A tenant has reported that the air conditioning has been out for at least two weeks at 5407 Carnae Ct, and she says at least 10 other apartments in the building are having trouble as well. The owner is listed as Mike Flint Carnae Revocable Trust, multiple work orders have been filed but maintenance has only said they'll "try" to fix it, and the situation is now an open property-maintenance code case because the apartment is very hot during recent high temperatures.
