2022 W MAIN ST opened a Code Violation enforcement case for HVAC issues
Owner Labranch Carlos has an open property maintenance case at 2022 W Main St after a tenant reported the HVAC isn't working and the house is climbing to nearly 90 degrees. The tenant says there are two toddlers (ages 2 and 3), one with breathing problems, that the property manager hasn't fixed the system since January and the vents are filthy, so the city has the case open to investigate this safety concern.
