5407 Carnae Ct 17 opened code violation for busted breaker box and exposed wires
The Mike Flint Carnae Revocable Trust has an open property maintenance case at 5407 Carnae Ct, Unit 17 after a report that the apartment building’s breaker box is busted and its front panel is completely off. Inspectors were told there’s one box at the side entrance and another between Apartments 2 and 6 in the back, with exposed wires that pose a safety risk to residents and anyone nearby.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
