2717 Rodman Street cited for property maintenance code violation
Owner Harlan Benjamin Matthew has an open property-maintenance case for the lot at 2717 Rodman St. Neighbors report the grass went uncut all last summer and people are now starting to dump furniture there, so the city has a code-violation case open to push for cleanup and better upkeep.
