Property owner Gray David Wayne has an open property-maintenance case after a utility trailer full of trash and debris was reported parked in front of 10016 McNeely Lake Dr for about a week. Neighbors say more garbage is scattered around the trailer, it looks abandoned and is creating an eyesore, so the city has been asked to inspect for parking or sanitation violations.
