2127 Grinstead Dr: Open property maintenance code violation

Owner Wallitsch Scott Andrew has an open property-maintenance case after neighbors flagged a wood pallet, furniture, and other debris that’s been sitting on the Everett Ave. side of the house at 2127 Grinstead Dr for more than six months. City notes the pile is partially blocking the sidewalk, so inspectors opened the case to get the walkway cleared and the property tidied up.
