Falcon Crest Condominiums Council In has an open property maintenance case after a new resident at 9005 Falcon Crest Ct, Unit 224 reported there’s no air conditioning and she has a small baby. She says she filed an emergency work order and maintenance came out but didn’t fix the problem, and it’s been about two weeks with no update.
