101 Trafalgar Sq 10 code violation for bed bugs and roaches
2153 Goldsmith LLC owns the unit at 101 Trafalgar Sq, Unit 10, and an open property-maintenance code case has been filed there. A resident reports a bad infestation of bed bugs and roaches — they say they've treated and “bombed” the apartment twice and have been asked to call weekly to stay on the service list, but crews reportedly missed a visit last week. The complaint also notes the master bathroom and tub are chipping, so it’s not just pests — there are interior maintenance issues too.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
