Owner Joel Reina Garcia is the subject of a property-maintenance code complaint about a dying, large tree in the backyard at 7102 Sun Valley Dr. Neighbors report big limbs have fallen — one even struck a neighbor’s garage in the past — and say the residents promised to remove it but it’s been over two weeks; the reporting neighbor can be contacted and has allowed a code officer to step onto 7107 Sunny Vale Way to inspect.
