9902 East Ave opened Code Violation case ENF-PMNT-26-013780
Owner Reid Jason is the subject of an open property maintenance case at 9902 East Ave after neighbors reported the house isn’t well cared for and dogs keep getting loose. The complaint also notes a strong smell of marijuana—raising concerns about a possible grow in the garage—and that a man comes twice a week to pick up large bags, leaving in a yellow truck or a blue Toyota sedan.
