3117 PRESTON HWY Code Violation opened for overgrown sidewalk and blocked signs

Owner Christopher J. Krawiec has an open property maintenance case for 3117 Preston Hwy after neighbors reported trees overgrowing the sidewalk. The complaint says branches are blocking street signs on a telephone pole and one sidewalk slab is sticking up more than 3 inches, forcing pedestrians into Preston Highway and creating a repeated trip hazard.
