6911 Watson Ln code violation for grass clippings on streets

Owner Debra Cook has an open property maintenance case after neighbors reported that someone repeatedly mows and intentionally tosses grass clippings onto two streets and sidewalks at 6911 Watson Ln. The complaints say the clippings are ending up on a major neighborhood road and creating a slippery hazard for the many motorcycles that use it daily, so the city has the case open and is scheduling a site visit.
