7004 Bear Creek Dr B1 opened for code violation

RB Properties II LLC is listed as the owner of 7004 Bear Creek Dr B1, where a tenant filed an open property-maintenance complaint. The tenant says both bathroom sinks have been clogged for two months, mold and bugs are appearing (including in ceiling light fixtures), and the hot-water knob fell off the bathtub.
