Owner Elvinia Bland has an open property maintenance case for 4807 Rockaway Cir. Inspectors were called about tall grass up to the backyard fence that hasn’t been cut this year and trash bags being tossed from the back door about 10 feet toward the cans—most aren’t making it, leaving smelly bags on the ground. Neighbors report animals getting into the refuse, and this is the second complaint filed this year.
