6511 Greenwood Rd code violation: lawn clippings blown into street

A caller says the lawn crew for Beverage World at 6511 Greenwood Rd keeps blowing grass clippings, rocks and other debris into the street and doesn’t sweep them up when they finish. The property is owned by Michael Kelty, and the city has an open property maintenance code case about the repeated mess that witnesses say even blows onto passing cars.
