Owner JNV LLC has an open property-maintenance case at 3316 Preston Hwy after a tenant reported the apartment ceiling collapsed, with insulation and other debris coming through and exposed wiring. A maintenance worker who inspected said he couldn't make repairs because of the wiring; the owner told the tenant it may be a few days before someone can be sent and the city lists an initial response window of 1–20 business days.
