518 SPANISH CT: Code violation for dangerous trees overhanging home
Owner Stacy Jo Bruggensmith has an open property maintenance case after reporting several trees behind her home at 518 Spanish Ct that are leaning dangerously over the roof and growing into nearby powerlines. She says the neighboring lot at 513 West Woodlawn Avenue looks abandoned, limbs have already fallen and damaged her roof, and the trees creak in every windstorm — the city has the case open to inspect and address the safety hazard.
