9406 CORNFLOWER RD Open code violation for trash piles and rodents
Owner Barry John Peter is listed on an open property-maintenance code violation for 9406 Cornflower Rd after a neighbor reported 10–15 bags of trash piled in the backyard and loose garbage scattered along the sides of the lot. The caller says they’ve seen mice coming from the mess and suspect the debris is attracting rodents, so the city has the property on the books for follow-up.
