1116 S SHELBY ST opened a code violation for alley dumping and fallen fence
Property owner Mary L. Mitchell has an open property maintenance case after city staff reported dumping in the alley behind 1116 S Shelby St and about 16 linear feet of fence that’s fallen along the south side of the lot. The record is active with code enforcement, so cleanup and a fence repair are being tracked.
