1600 S 11TH ST opened Property Maintenance Code Violation case

Louisville Metro Housing Authority has an open property maintenance case for 1600 South 11th Street after a caller reported multiple safety issues in Unit E. The complaint lists a loose porch bannister, fire damage from another unit that left the bathroom floor damaged, bedroom and kitchen lights that aren’t working properly, and no smoke detector — and the caller says these problems were reported before but haven’t been corrected.
