Brandeis Partners Ltd owns 925 S 26th St, Unit 312, where a tenant reported the apartment’s air conditioning hasn’t worked for more than a month. The caller says a window unit is in place but, being on the third floor, it doesn’t do much against rising heat, so the city has opened a property maintenance/code-violation case for follow-up.
