Owner Lyverse Steven H & Etal has an open property maintenance case after a neighbor emailed about tall grass along the easement at 7020 Wolf Pen Branch Rd (and nearby 7010) that’s blocking sight lines for residents pulling out of driveways and for drivers rounding the bend. The note says Metro crews used to cut this stretch routinely but haven’t this year, so the case was opened to get the sightlines cleared.
