Oak & Elm Properties LLC has an open property maintenance case at 9008 Jessica Leigh Dr. Neighbors reported renters have had a wrecked vehicle sitting in the driveway for months and multiple cars crowding the driveway and spilling into the street, so the city has opened an investigation to address the overcrowding.
