Owner Jimi C. Carr is the subject of a Property Maintenance Case after neighbors reported ongoing problems at 4911 Wabash Pl. Neighbors allege frequent backyard fires that have spread, interior stripping of drywall, insulation, venting and electrical equipment, doors and windows torn off, constant trash in the yard and late-night yelling — concerns they say make the situation unsafe for nearby kids and an unpleasant view for the block.
