1535 Texas Ave opened for code violation due to gravel pile on Pindell Ave

Owner Jessica Bookin is named in an open property‑maintenance case after a neighbor reported a months-long pile of gravel stored on the Pindell Avenue side of the house at 1535 Texas Ave. The complaint says the pile has been rigged with boards full of nails and screws (and earlier had pieces of rebar sticking out), creating a dangerous trap for neighborhood kids and taking up public street space.
