12520 BROTHERS AVE Property Maintenance Case opened for yard waste violation
Owner Nidhiry Emmanuel A has an open code violation/property maintenance case after yard waste was reported stacked in the front yard and beside a tree at 12520 Brothers Ave. The report says the piles have sat for at least two weeks, creating an eyesore and making it difficult for the lawn service to cut the grass.
