Kevin Gardner has an open property-maintenance case at 3626 Fordham Park Dr after a caller reported the residents’ two dogs have left the front and side yards — and even parts of the sidewalk — piled with dog waste. The complaint says the owners never pick up after the dogs, so city code enforcement has the issue on file for follow-up.
