8620 Old Bardstown Rd tree fell on neighboring property
The Kapen Revocable Living Trust has an open property-maintenance code violation after a tree at 8620 Old Bardstown Rd fell onto a neighboring property. The city lists the case as open with no completed inspections yet, so it looks like officials are still determining who will remove the tree and handle any needed repairs.
