1003 W Liberty St 201 reported leaking bathroom and black mold

A tenant at 1003 W Liberty St, Unit 201 says a persistent bathroom leak has her emptying a pot of water regularly and that the place smells of black mold — she’s lived there five years, has two sons and reports one is sick, so she’s asked to be moved. The owner, Louisville Metro Housing Authority, is named on an open property maintenance code-violation case, so city inspectors may step in to address the leak and mold.
