608 RUGGLES PL 302: Code violation opened for central AC maintenance issues
Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government has opened a property maintenance case after a resident reported the central AC at 608 Ruggles Pl, Unit 302, has been out since June 10, 2026. The tenant purchased an extra AC but says it's not sufficient for Unit 302‑C, so the issue is listed as maintenance-related and the case remains open.
