8605 Fernview Dr opened an enforcement case for weekend noise violations

Judith M. Ernst at 8605 Fernview Drive is the subject of an open property-maintenance code violation after neighbors filed complaints about constant weekend noise. For more than a month, residents say different people have been using chainsaws and wood splitters nearly every weekend from about 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., loud enough that neighbors report canceling outdoor gatherings.
