604 Merwin Ave opened for property maintenance code violation
Owner Tammy Mabry is listed on an open property maintenance case for 604 Merwin Ave after reports of small trees and vines growing around the rear perimeter fence and in the narrow strip behind the garage that are encroaching into the easement. The complaint also notes trash and debris left by prior renters and trees growing over the side fence into neighbors’ yards—one neighbor cleared a lot of the growth, but the record says more cutting, digging or removal is still needed.
