1428 Christy Ave code violation for dirt pile from water issue

Property owner Sloan Frank Vernon has an open property-maintenance (code violation) case at 1428 Christy Ave after neighbors and crews dug to fix a water issue and left a large dirt pile in front of the houses. Vernon notes the digging plus recent rain made the mess worse and, since his house is for sale, he’s asking the city or responsible parties to clean it up.
