418 N 26TH ST - Code violation for rodent infestation in apartment
A Property Maintenance Case was opened after a tenant reported a severe mouse infestation inside the apartment at 418 N 26th St, saying they'd reached out to the landlord several times with no fix — and nobody wants mice as roommates. The owner, Montgomery Kameron, is listed on the record and the complaint is filed as a code violation/pest (rodent) and interior issue; the case is open and tied to a site visit so inspectors are expected to follow up.
