Third Street Louisville Multifamily has an open property maintenance case at 537 S 3rd St, Unit 1412 for multiple habitability complaints. Tenants say the building-wide AC is out, both elevators were down for nine days (leaving wheelchair users stuck and pets’ waste in the stairwell), and mold problems persist after maintenance reportedly just sprayed a white substance over the affected areas.
