644 S 37TH ST Code Violation: trash bags and alley furniture
Owner Salim Bilombele has an open property maintenance case at 644 S 37th St after a neighbor reported that people transitioning in and out (the complaint notes a language barrier) aren’t using the city garbage cart and are leaving trash in clear plastic bags.
