1340 S 3RD ST 105 opened for code violation due to water intrusion and mold
A tenant at 1340 S 3rd St, Apt 105 reports that whenever it rains water comes in through the window and up through the floor, which has caused mold and left the unit uninhabitable. They say they alerted Broadway Management Group in mid‑May with no repairs, and the property—owned by Kensington Partners—now has an open property maintenance/code violation case.
