Owner Larry W. Johnson is the subject of an open property maintenance case after a caller reported a bunch of junk on the porch, a vehicle with no tags in the driveway, and a backyard that “looks like a junkyard” at 8133 Afterglow Dr. The city has the case open for follow-up, so inspectors may visit soon to determine whether the clutter and untagged car need to be cleared.
