8205 Ardenia Ln: Open code violation for unsafe front-yard trampoline

Owner Scott W. Davis has an open property maintenance case at 8205 Ardenia Ln after a complaint about a trampoline set in the front yard by the street that could pose a safety risk if neighborhood kids access it. Inspectors were also tipped off to toys and random items littering the yard and a possibly insecure fence because the owner’s dog reportedly gets out and roams the neighborhood.
