5101 DEE RD opened for code violation: overgrown grass and ivy

A property maintenance complaint at 5101 Dee Rd alleges owner Jeffrey Phillip Ball Jr has left grass and weeds uncut for an estimated 7–8 years, with overgrown fence lines, poison ivy running up the side of the home and through the fence, and trees growing into power lines. Neighbors say the growth has attracted wildlife and become a nuisance for homes that back up to the lot, and the caller asked inspectors to contact them and said they can access the yard from 5009 Dee for the inspection.
