Cruise, owner of 6702 Barfield Rd, is the subject of an open property maintenance case after a caller reported the home is “falling apart.” Inspectors were told gutters are coming off and there appear to be large holes in the roof, neighbors have been mowing the lawn to keep it tame, and the owner reportedly visits about once a week but doesn’t do much to maintain the property.
