2025 Brownsboro Rd, 312: Tenant requests inspection for mouse infestation

A tenant at Ashbury Ridge Apartments has asked Codes and Regulations to inspect Unit 312 at 2025 Brownsboro Rd after finding mouse droppings and multiple holes under sinks, in closets, and other spots that are letting rodents into the apartment. They say management hasn’t fixed the problem — including a mouse sighting in the bedroom on June 16, 2026 — and are asking owner 2025 Brownsboro Road LLC to seal openings and address the infestation to protect their two young children.
