New Enclave Park Apartments LLC has an open property maintenance complaint at 7207 Hill Park Way, Unit 123 after residents reported flooding and scalding water on June 10. The A/C failed in the early morning, maintenance used a shop vac but tenants say 1–3 inches of water is still coming up through the floorboards, the carpet is saturated, and low electrical sockets could be affected—a citizen asked the city to inspect.
