7320 Southside Dr 52 opened for Code Violation: Cleaning Check (48 hrs)
Black Star Aphrodite LLC has an open property-maintenance case for 7320 Southside Dr 52 requesting a "cleaning check" to be completed within 48 hours. The file is marked open with a follow-up due on 06/15/2026, so it reads like a short-notice tidy-up request from city staff rather than a full enforcement blitz. If the cleanup isn’t completed, expect a recheck and possible next steps from the enforcement team.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
