Millcreek Residence Apartments LLC has an open property maintenance case at 1700 Herbert Ave after a caller reported the parking lot lights are out, leaving the area very dark and posing a security concern. The complaint says people experiencing homelessness are using the lot as a cut-through to Dixie Highway and that multiple previous requests to fix the lighting haven’t been acted on.
