1716 S 36TH ST Code Violation filed for garbage disposal not working
Housing Authority of Louisville has an open property-maintenance complaint at 1716 S 36th St after a tenant reported the garbage disposal has been out for more than three weeks and is leaking under the cabinet. The tenant says emergency maintenance and the office manager haven’t been helpful — a tech did visit and said a part needed to be ordered about two and a half weeks ago, but no one has returned; the case is open with an expected response window of 1–20 business days.
