527 Glenn Aly Code Violation - alley lights not functioning

Louisville Metro Housing Auth has an open property maintenance case at 527 Glenn Aly after a neighbor reported that none of the alley lights are working. The complaint says the alley is "pitch black" at night — a safety concern for someone who gets home after 1 a.m. Monday through Sunday — and the city has the issue on file for follow-up.
