1205 WALTER AVE Code Violation Open for Hazardous Tree Near Power Lines

Property owner Ndehi Lilian Njeri filed an open property maintenance case about a rotten, breaking tree at 1205 Walter Ave. She says big trucks on the street are knocking off large limbs and that if the tree falls it could hit power lines or nearby houses.
