3705 W Wheatmore Dr 236 opened for HVAC repair code violation

A tenant at Watterson Lakeview Apartments has filed a property-maintenance complaint against owner Lake Louis KY Ltd after the central heating and air in Unit 236 at 3705 W Wheatmore Dr failed about a year ago. They say management promised a window air unit starting in April 2026 but never installed it, and with a child and four pets in the unit — plus other residents reporting similar problems — the case is open and awaiting inspection.
