520 Roselane St opened Code Violation case for maintenance issues

Louisville Metro Housing Authority has an open property maintenance case after a resident at 520 Roselane St reported the hot water heater has gone out and management said they can't send anyone until Monday, a delay the resident calls an emergency. The complaint also notes a dishwasher with mold and pests and says the work order has been open for months with no response.
